Admit it, we all can. It's easy to end up in a slump on the couch scoffing a bag of who knows what? Once a week, twice a week, three.... just stop! You can do better, and you should. You owe it to yourself and it's easier than you think.

- Eat Real Food: You are shopping (or ordering take aways) anyway, but make better choices. Leave the garbage behind and add more whole foods into that cart. Whole foods will satiate you for longer and serve your body better. It's the simple stuff thats best for your body: Meat, fish, eggs, butter, salt, honey, fruit, cheese, vegetables, cocoa, coffee, tea, water, don't forget to drink.
- Disconnect from Technology: Set aside time each day to disconnect from devices and focus on the present moment. This can help reduce distractions and improve mental clarity. Also this will help to quieten the mind and keep those distracting thoughts at bay! Peace of mind is a valuable commodity!
