RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Changed your mind? No problem. Our goodwill returns policy means you can return an item within 7 days of when you purchased or received it (SALE ITEMS EXCLUDED). If the item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer an exchange or a full refund. We cannot offer a refund or return on opened items. If an item has spoiled on the quality is compromised we may offer a refund.
PACKAGES WHICH ARE UNDELIVERED - OR MISSING
We rely on receiving the correct shipping details with your biltong order to be able to carry out your fulfilment efficiently. If the customer provides the incorrect shipping details, Runder will not resend the package at our own cost. Additional sending costs will be at the expense of the customer. Various shipping rates apply to different locations. When packages are returned to us due to incorrect shipping details we reserve the right to bill the return package cost to the customer.
If a package is undelivered due to negligence via the carrier or an internal mistake on our side we will of course correct the issue accordingly by either resending or refunding the shipment.
If the package delivery terms are changed by the customer, for example when a courier attempts a delivery but you are not home and grant the courier permission to deposit the package at a chosen safe location chosen by you. Neither the courier nor the sender (Runder) will accept responsibility for the package if it is damaged or is misplaced. By choosing to use the 'deposit permission' option with a courier you accept full liability in the event that a package is not delivered or goes missing. These are according to the carriers terms and conditions and according to Runder terms and conditions.
RETURNS
You can refund or exchange products bought with valid proof within 14 days, excluding sale items. Costs will be incurred to your person for returning items.
If a package has been returned to Runder.nl (by the carrier) due to it not being collected from a post nl collection point we reserve the right to investigation as to why it was not collected. It is the customers responsibility to collect the package that is ordered via Runder.nl
If you order something online it is your responsibility to follow the package via the track and trace notifications sent to the corresponding email address used when placing your order.
Additional shipping costs will be incurred for returns and resends and in circumstances when the product is spoiled you may incur charges here too. We will deal with this on a case by case basis.
